By accessing or using our Live Streaming Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Once a stream has started, we do not offer refunds. It is important to ensure that you are ready to proceed with the streaming before initiating it. We recommend thoroughly testing your setup and connectivity before starting the stream.
In the event of a technical issue that prevents a stream from starting, we will reactivate the codes associated with the stream. These codes can be used at another time to initiate a stream. However, if the stream has started and some portions of it have been displayed, no refunds will be issued.
Once a code has been activated, used, or redeemed, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you are fully prepared to utilize the code before activation. We recommend verifying your connectivity in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
If you have purchased a game recording package from Camera-Pan which includes complimentary access to live streams as a bundled service, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether the live stream has started, whether codes have been activated, or whether any technical issues have occurred. By purchasing a game recording package with complimentary live stream access, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and non-refundable. This provision takes precedence over and supersedes all other refund terms outlined in sections 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 above.
All content streamed through our platform remains the intellectual property of the respective users. Camera-Pan Limited does not claim ownership or control over any streamed content. Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of their content with applicable laws and regulations.
You shall not use our Live Streaming Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Live Streaming Platform or its associated servers, networks, or infrastructure. Any unauthorized access, tampering, or hacking attempts are strictly prohibited.
Camera-Pan Limited shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Live Streaming Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Camera-Pan Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Live Streaming Platform or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camera-Pan Limited operates.
